This new home finally closed and the Buyers sure were patient!   They were required to sell their home once they contracted this home last year, and have stayed at a short-term rental until they closed and had access to move into their new home on Friday!   

With many new builds lately, there are shortages of products as well as workers, which delayed the delivery of this home for months.

Congratulations to this wonderful couple, and congrats to Laura Erwin for such a great job on this transaction!

Joan, this is awful. I am searching for 26 clients (that's right...26) and I feel like I am the bearer of bad news. I just lost one that was 25k over and we received no response. The listing agent double sided the deal...we will see if it went for the EXACT price we offered.

It is crazy. I have written multiple contracts today. I stop at a Starbucks all over to write them. I am actually hopeful on one.
