Good morning Nina. The Cureton neighborhood remains a challenge for agents representing buyers who want in and a pandora for sellers who want out. Enjoy your day.

Wayne Martin good morning, Wayne... Cureton is a perfect example of the fact that we are short on inventory in all price points and not just the more affordable ones.

Sellers receiving almost 5% over list price definitely tells me that the low-ball offer people weren't getting any homes, haha.

At this point it sounds like a broken record in your area. I am going out today with two clients to view two different properties. Since they are both financing we will have a VERY hard time, but they NEED homes. UGH

Cureton sounds like it is hopping along, I was just looking at your blog titles and seeing all the price rises for different neighborhoods, pretty amazing how the lack of inventory is affecting home prices.

Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 hi Nick... when there's little supply and lots of demand you can expect home prices to rise... but some of the increases can only be described as "insane."
